Now The Media Doesn't Even Cover Terrorist Attacks

Do you know that yesterday morning, an ISIS terrorist was killed in Strathroy in Ontario, Canada?  The police caught up with the terrorist after getting a tip of an imminent bomb attack in a major city.  The terrorist was killed although it is not yet clear if he was shot in the exchange of fire with the police or by the detonation of a bomb he was carrying in the taxi in which the police located him.  ISIS has claimed the terrorist as one of theirs, and he left behind a suicide video in which he proclaims himself as acting for ISIS.

For those who don't know, Strathroy is in Canada not too far from Detroit.  It is not the sort of place where ISIS terrorists would be expected to be located.  In fact, the presence of ISIS terrorists anywhere in Canada is shocking.  After all, when prime minister Trudeau took office a few months back, he removed all Canadian troops from those fighting ISIS in Iraq.

Because this is such a shocking event in North America, one would expect that the mainstream media would give it much coverage.  That, of course, would be wrong.  So far, none of CBS, NBC, ABC, PBS, CNN or MSNBC have mentioned the events in Canada.  There are no articles about it in the New York Times or the Washington Post that can be found.  There is ample coverage in the Canadian media.  There is major coverage in the media of the UK.  The American mainstream media is, however, totally silent.

How can it be that the media is not covering a major terrorist plot stopped just a few miles from Detroit?  It was not just a "possible" threat.  The terrorist had a bomb with him in the taxi and had already filmed his suicide video talking about an attack today.  The Canadian police stopped the guy before he had a chance to commit mass murder.  So why is our media so silent?

The answer is easy to see.  Terror attacks in Canada or the USA are bad news for president Obama and for Hillary Clinton.  The mainstream media doesn't want to cover the actual events that show the magnitude of the threat we all face.  Instead, they want to spend hours on whether or not Trump's comment that Obama is the "founder" of ISIS is correct.  They focus on what Trump says rather than on what ISIS does.  I wonder if the terrorist had detonated his bomb in the nearest big city if the media would have even covered it.  Most likely, they would have told us that despite the suicide video, the bomber's motives were unclear and that they see no ties to ISIS.

I know the media wants Hillary elected; that's not hard to tell.  Nevertheless, by not telling the American people what is actually happening in the world, our media puts us all in danger.  It's truly disgusting.
