There's a new immigration law proposed in France yesterday by President Macron. Anyone entering France illegally will be subject to a year in jail plus a fine. The goal is to stop illegal immigration according to the president.
Think about that for a moment. In the USA, attempts by President Trump to enforce our immigration laws are met with non-stop resistance from the Democrats. Those same Democrats are the ones who keep telling us that we should be more like European nations. Now France (which is a European nation) is making illegal immigration not just something that leads to deportation but also a criminal act punishable by a year in prison. Most likely, we will soon see some of the Democrats suffering from a nervous breakdown. Their European idols are moving towards following Trump. Oh, the humanity!
