Shared Reality Update

Earlier today, I wrote about Ilhan Omar, the Democrat from Minnesota, and her crazy downplaying of the 9-11 terror attacks.  She described those attacks that left about 3000 dead as "some people did something."  After the firestorm of a response, Omar claimed that it was all generated by racism and Islamophobia.  Now, she's gone one step further.  Here's a tweet from today that Omar sent out.

“The people — and the people who knocked these buildings down will hear all of us soon!” President George W. Bush

Was Bush downplaying the terrorist attack? What if he was a Muslim 🤔

So Omar thinks that when Bush stood on the rubble of the Trade Center and said that the people who knocked down those buildings would hear from all of America and soon, he was downplaying the attack.  Get it?  Bush used the word people and so did Omar, so it must be the same thing.

Omar truly does not live in the reality where most Americans exist.  She is off in a delusional world in which she is always correct and those who disagree with her do so only because they are racist or Islamophobic.  After all, in her own mind, Omar knows she can do no wrong.

I have only one question left:  What were the people in Minnesota thinking when they elected her to Congress.
