The leader of the far left in Congress, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez spoke this week to the Al Sharpton group in New York. AOC, as she's known, decided to speak black to these folks. She changed he usual accent and sentence structure to try to sound more black. It was truly disgusting. Is she such a phony that she thinks she needs to pander to an audience by putting on a black accent?
Imagine this: AOC decided to try to become one with her audience at the Sharpton event, so she put on blackface before she gave her speech. The outrage would be extraordinary. Could she be more racist? No. But instead of changing her skin color, AOC changed her voice and accent to try to be black. Isn't that the same thing? I think it is.
