The Second Amendment Matters

 The 9th circuit held this afternoon that California’s ban on magazines that hold more than ten rounds is unconstitutional. In other words, the federal courts are applying the Second Amendment as it was intended

The court pointed out that these larger magazines are quite common, so banning their use places a large burden on the right of self defense.  

This is a landmark decision particularly because of the court that decided it.
