Yale Discriminates Illegally in Admissions -- But Who Didn't Know That

After a multi-year investigation, the Justice Department has concluded that Yale illegally discriminates in its admissions by using race as the decisive factor in making decisions which students it accepts.  This is a practice that Yale and many other universities have used for a long time.  But here's the kicker:  Yale discriminates against Asian Americans and Whites.  According to the Justice Department, Yale admits Blacks and Hispanics with credentials that are not as strong as Whites and Asian Americans that it commonly rejects.

The Supreme Court ruled some years ago, that the use of race as a determinant in admissions to public universities or those schools that receive federal funding violates the Constitution and the applicable laws that require no racial preferences.  Yale, like many other universities, didn't want to give up its practice of favoring black and Hispanic students for the sake of "diversity".  Thus, Yale said it was color blind, but continued to use race illegally to make the decisions.

Now that the DOJ has concluded its investigation, we will likely see either a negotiated settlement with Yale or the start of litigation and a cut off of federal funding for that school.  Of course, if Biden wins the presidency, you can be sure that the illegal use of race to decide admissions will be ignored.

Simply put:  YALE IS RACIST ACCORDING TO THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
