President Trump's younger brother died yesterday in a hospital in New York City. That's sad and we hope that he rests in peace and that his family is comforted in this time of loss.
For the crazy leftists on social media and for many in the mainstream media, however, the loss of the President's brother is just another reason to attack him. Trump, you see, played golf at his club in New Jersey yesterday. That makes him heartless and cruel according to these nutjobs. Trump should have been at his brother's bedside according to them.
Unbelievable. Trump visited his brother in the hospital during his last day, but he was not there at the end. For anyone who thinks rather than just spout nonsensical anger, they would realize that having the President of the United States in a hospital room makes it basically impossible for the entire floor of the hospital to function. The Secret Service cordon requires all manner of security in the area around the president. Trump's being there meant his brother's care and that of others nearby was disrupted. He could come through briefly (as he did), but he couldn't stay without putting many others in jeopardy.
No doubt, once people realize how wrong and nasty the Trump haters have been, they will change their argument to screaming that by going to the hospital Trump put the care of others in jeopardy. No matter what he does, to these morons he is wrong, indeed irredeemable.
There are many people who have lost family members since the onset of the virus. Many in the hospital have not been able to have any visitors. Funerals have gone ahead with no mourners due to government limitations. It's a sad time and one hard to endure for many who lost loved ones. We need to show compassion for the losses suffered. And that includes for Trump's loss.
There is a measure of heartlessness and cruelty exhibited in connection with the death of the president's brother. That disgusting conduct, however, comes from the media and the crazies on social media.
