Only in New York
The perpetual columnist of the New York Post, Cindy Adams, uses the phrase "only in New York" in nearly every one of her columns. Now, thanks to the NY Times, we can see if support for the ground zero mosque appears only in New York City which is one of hte nations strongholds of liberalism. According to results published in the Time, 67 percent of respondents in NYC said that while Muslims had a right to construct the mosque at ground zero, the developers need to find a different site. Even among the 33 percent remaining who did not call for a different site, fully 38% of that group expressed a view that it would be better if the mosque site were moved. That means that even in New York City, close to 80% of all those polled thought that it would be best if the ground zero mosque were moved to a different locaiton. Maybe Mayor Bloomberg and President Obama should take a cue from these folks. If they can't sell the mosque in NYC, they can't sell it anywhere.
