A Glitch by any other Name still Smells

One definition of a "glitch" is a short lived problem in a computer system.  The Obamacare website rollout was said to be suffering from glitches.  It was the word of the day and week at the White House.  The problem, however, is that we are entering the third week of these websites being live, and the problems are still all there.  It remains impossible to even sign up for an account in most states.  That means folks cannot buy insurance.

Remember the supposed reason for the Affordable Care Act?  According to president Obama and the Obamacrats, the ACA, or Obamacare as it is commonly known, was supposed to get insurance coverage for the millions of uninsured Americans.  So, someone will need to explain how the uninsured get coverage if the website that sells insurance will not allow anyone to sign up.

The problems with Obamacare's websites are not "glitches".  They are better defined as "man made contingency disasters".  Maybe Washington could call them "workplace violence" where the workplace is the White House and the violence is perpetrated upon the American people.  In fact, the websites should best be called the antidote to both hope and change.  Since they don't work, the sites sap hope from the people trying to get insurance.  Then, since they prevent anyone from buying insurance, the sites guarantee that there is no change.

Keep in mind that Obamacare has forced all sorts of major and expensive changes to American healthcare just so that the exchanges would be able to function properly.  By going live with sites that are not even close to being ready for use, Obama and his cronies made sure that Obamacare would not work.  The mantra of the Obamacrats has been that the Republicans have been trying to sabotage Obamacare.  That is wrong.  There was no need for the GOP to try to sabotage Obamacare.  The Obamacrats have already done that.
