Ezra Klein of the Washington Post is a die hard liberal Democrat who is always on MSNBC. He is about as strong a supporter of president Obama as one can be. That is why today's comment on Twitter from Klein is so important. Here is what Klein had to say about Obama speech at the White House discussing the roll out of the exchange website and the problems encountered:
This speech would work if Obamacare really was just a bit glitchy. But it's not. Signing up, for most people, is basically impossible.
If Obama has lost Ezra Klein, the wall has crumbled. It is just a matter of time until they decide to have a delay of the individual mandate. The sad thing is that the entire partial government shutdown could have been avoided if Obama had just accepted the reality that the exchanges do not work and need to be taken down so that they can be fixed.
