Obama Loses Again in Federal Court

Yesterday, Judge Hanen of the United Stated District Court for the Southern District of Texas issued an Order ruling on president Obama's executive action on immigration.  The court once again found that executive action to be improper and continued the temporary injunction against the federal government's proceeding with that action.  It may not sound like much that the judge who originally enjoined Obama's unconstitutional power grab repeated that ruling a few months later.  The truth, however, is that the judge said much more this time which merits review.  Judge Hanen confirmed that the Obama administration had lied to the court about its activities in connection with the earlier order.  This is very unusual.  Allegations of one side or the other misrepresenting what was actually happening are not that rare; what is rare is for the court to accept those allegations after reviewing the evidence.  What is even rarer is for a federal judge to find that the federal government was lying to the court.

In any other administration, this would be big news.  In Obama's Washington, however, the fact that the Obamacrats are telling lies to the court just gets added to the seemingly endless list of other lies spewing from the mouths of Obama and his minions.  All that was missing was for the president to send a letter to the court saying, "if you like your injuction on the executive action on immigration, you can keep your injunction....."
