Now that BP claims that the oil well is capped in the Gulf, the Obama administration is claiming that three quarters of the oil which gushed into the water is already gone due to the "robust federal effort." This claim of competence by Obama was too much even for the Washington Post. In an article (link by clicking on the title to this post), the Paper points out that the Obama numbers are based upon false assumptions, rosy predictions and that they ignore that some of the oil has just been pushed out of the Gulf to other waters. In other words, the Washington Post is pointing out a lie by the Obamacrats.
If this were the Washington Times or the New York Post, it would not mean nearly as much. However, when one of the main cheerleaders for the administration cannot take the lying, we are reaching a breaking point. They must be furious in the White House. Imagine, part of the captive press is calling them out for lying! My guess is that the Post may soon find itself barred from all those cocktail parties in Georgetown. Oh, the humanity!
