Spain joins the ranks of the Uncertain

The results of the elections in Spain were remarkable as they were inconclusive.  The party currently in power remained in first place, but with less than 30% of the vote.  That is a new low for any Spanish prime minister.  The socialist party and the far left party came next in line with a new more market oriented party in fourth.  It is unclear if any stable government can be formed.  The key to the results is that yet another country in Europe is moving to confusion and uncertainty.  There will certainly be no decisive actions by Spain in international affairs in the midst of all this confusion.

Spain has been the target in the past of major terror attacks.  Hopefully the current political confusion will not encourage a repeat of those attacks.
