I don't often just send people to read an article on another site, but last night one was posted that is a must read for anyone who follows the political scene. It is a detailed and incisive report on Tome Steyer, the billionaire hedge fund operator who is now funding opposition to the Keystone Pipeline and other "environmental" causes. The folks as Power Line, however, have uncovered clear and compelling evidence that shows that Steyer is actually funding a position that is designed to make him hundreds of millions of dollars.
It is funny in a way that Steyer on the left is doing exactly what the Washington Post accused the Koch brothers of doing on the right. Of course, the Kochs have no financial interest in Keystone or its success, and the WaPo has now admitted as much despite claims to the contrary in earlier articles. I wonder if the WaPo or any other liberal media outlet will even bother to cover the Steyer story.
