This week, there was another hearing in Congress about the Benghazi terror attack which left four Americans dead. The Republicans questioned the State Department official who was in charge of security decisions for the embassy. He basically refused to answer. The Democrats spent their time calling this a political stunt and denouncing the hearing. So far, it was business as usual. But then something truly disgusting happened. Family members of two of the four American victims of the terror attack got the chance to address the committee and nearly every Democrat got up and left.
Think about that. A woman whose son was slain in the service of the USA came to speak to Congress and the Democrats walked out on her. She has asked repeatedly to be told who made the decisions regarding security at the embassy and concerning the lack of any response to help those under attack, but she has yet to receive answers. That means that her position undermines the Democrats' claim that the hearings were a political stunt. But they walked out on her! A woman who deserves America's thanks for her sacrifice is instead given the back of the hand by the Democrats. Their conduct is disgusting and unforgiveable.
