Just now, I came across this headline on the website of my local newspaper:
SYRIA TO SURRENDER CONTROL OVER ITS CHEMICAL WEAPONS
This headline, or a variant with the same meaning, is flashing across the country and the world this morning. The problem, of course, is that the headline is false. Syria has not and will not surrender control of its weapons. Syria has "agreed" to a Russian proposal which cannot go ahead without consent and cooperation from the rebels. That will never come since the rebels would basically have to surrender in the war first. The proposal also will need to be fleshed out by the diplomats and that will surely take many months before they triumphantly announce agreement on a plan that they know will never be implemented. But the media is still pushing the BS.

Putin GAME to delay any potential US strike.
He Putin looks like a HERO, of course, Obama will claim that HE worked this out with PUTIN.
We are wasting time, the debt ceiling deadline approaches. Of course Obama does not deal with anything till it is IN A TIME CRISIS.
