In Peshawar, Pakistan, there was a bomb attack on a Christian church today that has killed at least 75 people according to the New York Times. It is an attack that has so far received little news coverage. Islamic militants kill 75 people for being Christians and it hardly even merits space in the news media.
America needs to stop fooling itself about these terrorists. These are people who would kill us all if they could. These are people whose goal is the total domination of the globe for their religion, no matter the cost. These are people who do not care about the cost in human life that it will take to achieve that goal.
The sooner we realize that we cannot ascribe Western values or sensibilities to the terrorists, the sooner we will be able to rid the world of these vermin.
