Have you ever heard of Warren Wilhelm? Probably not. Warren is the Democrat candidate for mayor in New York City. You probably know him better by his new name: Bill diBlasio. Only in New York City would a candidate change his name legally before entering politics in order to improve his chances of victory. A German protestant name just does not get the same ethnic backing that a diBlasio would.
Even stranger is the fact that Wilhelm (now diBlasio) actually changed his name legally twice. He was not satisfied with the first shift, so he tried again and ended up with Bill diBlasio.
The man is a genuine phony.
