In one of the most revealing statements and responses of this year, congressman Rashida Tlaib, a Michigan Democrat and one of two Muslims in Congress, said this last weekend about the Holocaust:
"There's kind of a calming feeling I always tell folks when I think of the Holocaust, and the tragedy of the Holocaust, and the fact that it was my ancestors, Palestinians, who lost their land, and some lost their lives, their livelihood, their human dignity, their existence in many ways, have been wiped out."
So Ms. Tlaib gets a calming feeling about six million Jews being slaughtered and then tells the listerner that it was the Palestinians who lost their land, lives, livelihood and dignity and were wiped out.
So here's the question? Is it anti-Semitic to say that the idea of six million dead Jews is "calming"?
Is the Pope Catholic?
Tlaib makes a disgusting statement of how the idea of mass slaughter of Jews is "calming" and then tries to claim victimhood for the Palestinians instead of the millions of Jews who were killed by the Nazis. That's about as anti-Semitic as you can get. Republicans and all sorts of Jewish organizations denounced Tlaib's statement. One would expect that the leadership of the Democrats would do the same, but one would be wrong in that assumption.
Nancy Pelosi and a whole host of other Democrats have denounced President Trump and other Republicans for what they call an "outrageous attack" on poor congressman Tlaib. You see, according to the Democrats, you cannot criticize Tlaib because she is a woman and a Muslim.
If you wanted to see in three sentences the moral rot that is at the heart of the Democrat party, Pelosi shows this to you with her defense of Tlaib.
No sane American can vote for these people in 2020. Certainly, no sane American Jew should even vote Democrat again. If you have any doubt about this, read Tlaib's words again. Then try to keep your lunch from reappearing in your mouth as you consider this.

Saw Alan Dershowitz on TV. The Grand Mufti of Palestine and many Palestinians assisted Hitler and the Nazis during WWII with the extermination of the Jews.
