Mnuchin Says No

In the never ending attempt to by the House Democrats to find something, anything with which to attack President Trump, they asked the IRS to turn over all of the tax returns filed by the president and related entities for the last six years.  Tonight, Treasury Secretary Mnuchin responded.  Mnuchin says that the IRS will not provide the requested documents because they cannot, by law, be disclosed absent a valid legislative purpose by Congress for the request.

Good for Mnuchin.  He's correct.

It must make the blood of the House Democrats boil to be turned down like this.  I guess they will have to get used to following the rule of law.
