The leaks of the USS Obamacare are getting close to the point where the whole thing is going to sink. The latest sign of damage came as Democrat senator Kay Hagan of North Carolina called for an investigation into " the design and implementation failures of HealthCare.gov". In Hagan's announcement, she pointed to the outside contractors as the folks responsible for the failure, but her position is an indictment of the federal government as well. After all, if the Obamacrats had actually paid any attention to the development of the website, they would all have known that there were major problems that were going to cause chaos. Oh wait! They did know about the problems and they ignored them.
Hagan is part of the first segment of Congressional Democrats who will leave the sinking ship. She is a Democrat up for re-election in a state that was carried by Romney in 2012. After that group jumps ship, the next to go will be those folks up for re-election in 2014 in places that, although carried by Obama, were close. We may even see Democrats in the lopsided Democrat districts run from Obamacare if things keep getting worse.
This disaster is rolling down hill and picking up speed. In another two weeks, it will be unstoppable.
