The Quinnipiac poll of president Obama's job performance is out. Obama's approval number hit an all time low for Quinnipiac at just 39%. That is not the big news, however. The number of folks who say that Obama is "honest and trustworthy" has now fallen to only 44%; it was 54% just four weeks ago. My prediction is that by next month, the number will fall even further. Or maybe we should all write to Obama and tell him that if he likes high approval numbers, he can keep them.
