Hillary Clinton's latest email explanation is that she really did not pay attention to her email because so much was happening that needed her attention when she arrived at the State Department. According to what Hillary says now, her private unsecured system just sort of happened. That claim brought a clear response from the one presidential candidate who knows more about computers, email and servers than all the others put together: Carly Fiorina. As you may recall, Fiorina was the CEO of Hewlett Packard, one of the giants of the computer industry; she is an expert on the subject. Fiorina says that she is not buying Clinton's latest explanation. According to Carly (and common sense), it takes a lot of work to get a private email system set up. It takes a lot of work to have a computer system set up in your home, to make certain that you have a private domain name (Clintonemail.com), and to arrange for all the necessary connections so that the system will work as desired. That's why Hillary had to hire a special computer guy to set up and maintain her private unsecured system and paid that specialist at least $5000 for that work. Remember, even at $100 per hour, that is more than a solid week's worth of work; in other words, it was a major effort. According to Carly Fiorina, Hillary is clearly telling a lie when she says she did not give it much thought. To the contrary, Hillary put a great deal of time and effort into getting her own private system.
