The usual speculation is rising again about whether or not vice president Joe Biden is going to run for president. The only proper response is to quote his rival Hillary Clinton: "What difference at this point does it make?"
No matter what he does, Biden will remain the same buffoon that he has always been. There's a good reason why Biden was never able to get more than 2% in any past presidential primary despite two different runs for the White House. People find it hard to take Biden seriously.
So I say again, "who cares if Biden runs?" I don't.
