Is The AP Part of the Republican Conspiracy?

The AP is out today with a report that the way that Hillary Clinton's email system was set up during her time as secretary of state made it extremely easy for anyone with minimal skills to get access to it.  I am not going to thrill you all with the technical details as to why Hillary's computer system was open to easy hacking; you can read the linked article if you want those details.  I just want to point out that Hillary had hundreds and perhaps thousands of classified documents on that system despite clear federal laws that require keeping classified info only on secure and federally-approved systems.  Neither I nor the FBI know just how many hackers got access to the national security secrets on Hillary's system.  We both know, however, that the number of hacks was likely substantial.

This latest news from the AP makes clear that Hillary ought to be indicted for improper storage of national security information.  The Clintons like to say that the who story is just some sort of Republican conspiracy theory.  Maybe in tonight's debate, Hillary can explain when the AP became part of the Republican conspiracy.

Hillary may be named Clinton.  She may have friends in high places.  That does not place her above the law.
