It is not often that a federal judge threatens sanctions against the federal government. That is why the order issued by Judge Hannen in the case regarding the legality of president Obama's "executive action" on immigration is so striking. The judge is angry that there are at least 2000 documented instances of the Obamacrats refusing to follow the terms of his prior orders. Hannen orders a hearing next month to determine the status of the blatant disregard of his order by Obama's people. My guess is that there will be some fast action by the feds to comply with the prior orders, but only time will tell. If Obama decides to call the judge's bluff, my guess is that we will be seeing some major fireworks in mid August.
