One of the latest refrains from the Hillary campaign has been that she did nothing wrong by setting up and using her own private email system. One variant has been the claim that she just did what other secretaries of state did in the past.
We all knew that the claim was wrong, but it did not stop Hillary and her people from saying it anyway. For those who were unaware of federal law and regulations, it sounded good, so the Clinton campaign stuck with it.
Now, a federal judge has ruled that what Hillary did was a "violation of government policy". And it's not just any federal judge. Judge Sullivan in DC who issued the ruling is a Democrat who was appointed by Bill Clinton and confirmed by a Democrat controlled senate. He is not a representative of any right wing conspiracy.
Each day another bit of the stone wall that Hillary tried to construct to protect herself is collapsing. She is really in big trouble.
