Today's news brings us a dose of reality about the issue of Hillary Clinton's private unsecured email system. The AP is reporting that documents regarding the email system show that during a three month period in 2013, there were attempts to hack it from China (3 time), Germany and South Korea. These attempts were blocked by a security program that was installed in October of 2013. At the time of the attack, there were hundreds, if not thousands, of classified documents kept on the Clinton server. Prior to Clinton's system getting the security program in 2013, there is no record of hack attacks being thwarted. It is safe to extrapolate, however, from the five attacks during the last 3 months of 2013, that there were many earlier attempts to get all this secret information from the Clinton server. In other words, Hillary's conduct in using a private, unsecured server funneled a great deal of confidential government information including TOP SECRET material to foreign governments.
The issue of Hillary's email system is not an academic one. Her improper conduct put US national security at risk.
