Yesterday, I wrote about the bizarre defense by Ezra Klein on Vox of the CNBC moderators at the last Republican debate. Today, I was reminded of something that makes Klein's performance even worse. Jonathan Adler pointed out on Twitter that NBCUniversal, the parent of CNBC invested $200 million dollars into Vox earlier this year. Klein did not bother to disclose that in his article defending the nasty and biased moderators at CNBC. In my view, that makes Klein even worse than the CNBC hacks at the debate. At least the CNBC people displayed their bias and nastiness to the public. Klein had a major relevant financial interest which he hid from view.
