Hillary Clinton -- Tying It All Together

During this campaign, Hillary Clinton has been dogged by three scandals:  Benghazi, the private unsecured email system and the use of the Clinton Foundation to raise hundreds of millions of dollars from foreign interests and big companies, only a small portion of which went for charitable purposes.  Now, it seems, all three are being tied together.  This is apparent in an article today in the New York Post.  I recommend reading the article itself, but here's what cries out from it.

First, Hillary does not think that the laws apply to her.  The FBI has determined that the way that close to 1400 emails with classified information got into Hillary's private unsecured email system is that one or more of Hillary's three top aides went to the separate and secret email system for classified material, copied the information and then sent it to Hillary's unsecured system.  From the public documents, it seems clear that Hillary knew this was happening.  Let's stop here for a moment.  If the facts written in just this paragraph are correct, then Hillary is guilty of a serious federal crime which would bar her from ever holding federal office.  Hillary's aides like Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills and Jake Sullivan would also be guilty of serious federal crimes if they turned out to be the ones who cut and pasted the classified information into new emails sent to Hillary's system.  Just like Hillary appears to have used the Clinton Foundation to obtain enormous amounts of cash from people with business in front of the State Department in apparent violation of the rules and regulations, Hillary seems to have decided that the laws regarding national secrets did not apply to her.

Second, Benghazi ties in here as well.  According to the NY Post, included among the top secret emails that made their way to Hillary's private unsecured email system were "a 2011 message from Clinton’s top aides that contains military intelligence from United States Africa Command gleaned from satellite images of troop movements in Libya, along with the travel and protection plans for Ambassador Christopher Stevens, who was later killed in a terrorist attack in Benghazi."  It is already commonly accepted that Hillary's email system was hacked by at least the Chinese, the Russians and the Iranians.  Was the information about the protection for Ambassador Stevens given to the Libyan terrorists who then killed him?  Was it the use of an unsecured private email system by Hillary Clinton that led to Stevens' death?

All this is coming together at the FBI.  If it turns out that Hillary's three senior aides were involved, the FBI could probably turn one or more of them to testify against their boss.  After all, anyone who has spent time in Clinton land knows well that neither Bill nor Hillary worries about anyone else if their own future is on the line.  Imagine what would happen if Huma Abedin or Cheryl Mills were to start testifying against Mrs. Clinton.

The Clinton scandals have seemed for a long time like they couldn't get any worse.  Then each day, they do.  Right now, most of the media is still ignoring this story.  That is going to be hard to do when the indictments come.

Hillary Clinton will never be president of the United States.
