There is some amazing news today about the latest batch of Hillary Clinton's emails that the State Department finally released yesterday. Specifically, there is an email exchange between Hillary and her deputy chief of staff Jake Sullivan in which Hillary directs Sullivan to send classified information by non-classified means. Hillary also directs Sullivan to take the markings off the document that show it to be classified before sending it by an unsecured method.
The email exchange is set forth in its entirety here at the Hot Air site. In it, Hillary tells Sullivan that she is waiting for some classified talking points. Sullivan ultimately tells her that they are having trouble with the "secure fax". Hillary then says this:
"If they can't, turn into nonpaper w no identifying heading and send nonsecure"
That one line fax may actually result in Hillary's being indicted. In just one line Hillary tells her deputy chief of staff at the State Department to remove the markings that the document is classified and then to send it by nonsecure means. Following Hillary's directions would be a crime.
Remember, Hillary's latest defense regarding the classified information on her private unsecured computer email system has been that none of the documents were "marked" classified so she didn't know that they were classified. That position seemed ridiculous since, as Secretary of State, Hillary would clearly have understood that many of the more than 1000 emails now identified as classified would hold such status just by looking at them. Nevertheless, we now have written proof sent by Hillary herself that she knew that there were classified documents sent to her unsecured email system. Indeed, on at least this occasion, Hillary directed that classified information be sent there.
Hillary is no doubt also hiding behind her staff when it comes to the question how over a thousand classified emails got on her private unsecured server. With this latest disclosure, Hillary can't do that anymore. We all now have definitive proof that she knew what was happening and she directed it to happen.
