Patti Solis Doyle is an old friend of Hillary Clinton. Doyle worked for Hillary when she was first lady. Doyle was also the campaign manager for Hillary in 2008. So what's happening now? The Clinton campaign is trotting out Doyle to discuss the Monica Lewinsky scandal and Hillary's role in it. Doyle went on David Axelrod's show and said a few choice things:
1. Her main point about Lewinsky was that Bill did it, not Hillary. Doyle completely made Hillary out to be a victim and said nothing about Hillary's efforts to destroy the various women who accused Bill of sexual misconduct. In other word, it was just more lies.
2. Even better, however, is that Doyle told the audience that Bill and Hillary truly love each other. Each lights up when the other enters the room. (I wonder if she means that Hillary smiles and Bill whips out a joint.) What a joke! For years, the two of them have been basically living apart. That marriage is clearly a business and political arrangement; there's no visible love there.
