Enough is Enough

For the last six months at least, president Obama's approval numbers have been drifting lower.  Most of the major polling organizations had Obama's approval down in the 40 to 43% level.  One of two had Obama actually in the thirties.  Only one polling firm had Obama in the high forties with occasional moments when he actually had more people approving of his performance than disapproving.  That polling firm was Rasmussen, which is, of course, quite funny since the Democrats always criticize Rasmussen as biased towards the Republicans.

Well, all I can say is "not anymore!"  Obama's approval numbers in the daily Rasmussen poll have been gradually sinking, but in the last two days they have plummeted.  Today's results have 56% disapproving of Obama's performance in office, the worst number for Obama in this poll during his second term.  I guess that the spectacle of watching Obama lament the beheading of an American by ISIS only to rush off to his golf game was too much for many to stomach.  I just wonder how anyone could approve of Obama's performance.  (Okay, I'm sure the head of GE and the other big companies that Obama favors still approve, but for average Americans, the performance is dismal at best.)
