Obama and Clinton Play Angry Birdbrains

We are now supposed to believe that there is a major feud between president Obama and Hillary Clinton.  After five and a half years of togetherness, cooperation, mutual admiration and talking points, the Undynamic Duo want America to believe that for most of that time, Hillary wanted a "muscular" foreign policy but was overruled by the president.  Hillary supposedly got shot down repeatedly and never did anything about it.  She never leaked word of the discord.  She never had her fans in the press corps print items pointing out how she was chafing under the Obama foreign policy restrictions.  She, of course, never resigned.  She didn't even unleash Bill to criticize the Obama foreign policy, a role he would have relished.  On top of this, we are supposed to believe also that Obama is furious at Hillary and dismisses her criticisms of his foreign policy as "chicken shit".  Really?  We already know that Obama doesn't care about foreign policy, so he is unlikely to be angry about comments concerning that policy.  (I apologize for calling the moves Obama has made his "foreign policy".  No one in his right mind would call these random moves a plan of any sort.)

So what is really going on?  On her side, Hillary is trying to avoid the blame for the serial disasters hitting America overseas.  The cackling face of American foreign policy for four years now wants to be able to disavow the entire thing and to claim that she disagreed with the policy that she espoused and carried out.  Hillary is positioning herself for 2016.  On his side, Obama is trying to cooperate with the Clinton move to disassociate Hillary from Obama.  The president owes a lot to the Clinton's support in 2012.  By agreeing to the charade that he has differences with Hillary, Obama is repaying that debt.

But how dumb do they think we all are?  We know the truth.  No one is being fooled.
