According to a headline in the New York Post today, governor Andrew Cuomo of New York has taken a big step towards a presidential campaign in 2020. I read the article after seeing the headline; it was about Cuomo hiring fund raisers from out of state. I have to say that it was not what I expected. After years of watching Cuomo in action, I thought I would read about how Cuomo was launching a search for the Wizard of Oz so that he could finally get a brain.
