MSNBC Figures It Out

A few days ago, I wrote about the federal investigation of New York governor Andrew Cuomo for allegedly corrupting the anti-corruption panel that he created.  Instead of providing cover by whitewashing the corruption rampant in state government in New York, the Moreland commission was apparently digging deep into the muck and getting perilously close to announcing what it had uncovered.  Cuomo disbanded the commission at that point.  The US Attorney in Manhattan took over the investigations that the commission had underway, and encountered alleged interference from the governor with the investigation.  We know that the US Attorney has formally warned Cuomo that he must not interfere and that interference may constitute criminal activity.  We will have to wait and see what develops next, but without a doubt when a Democrat US Attorney from the Justice Department headed by Eric Holder in the Obama Administration investigates corruption by Democrats in New York State government led by Democrat Cuomo, it would certainly seem likely that there must really be something there.

With all those Democrats involved, it is not surprising that when the story broke, MSNBC chose not to cover it.  Now, that has changed.  Right now on the MSNBC site, there is a detailed discussion of just how this all came to happen.  There is no reason to read it; after all it is still MSNBC.  Let me just tell you the conclusion of the official leftist news source for cable TV:  Cuomo got into trouble because he is just too conservative.  According to MSNBC, Cuomo is following "Reagan policies".

I am not kidding.  Liberal Andrew Cuomo has been turned by MSNBC into conservative Andrew Cuomo because there is a possibility that he might get indicted for alleged obstruction of justice.

You have to hand it to MSNBC; it has no shame.  What's next for the network?  My prediction is that we will soon hear that the Ebola virus is a conservative disease that is targeting Africans because it is racist.
