According to British outlet Sky News, the death toll in the poison gas attack in the suburbs of Damascus, Syria has now risen to 1300, and that is before all of the casualties are in. This atrocity is of a level not seen previously even among the murders in Syria.
The time for dithering is over. All chemical weapons storage and manufacturing facilities should be immediately targeted. It is too bad that America has no one in charge with the insight to realize this.
