Obama Channels Hillary

I am sure most Americans remember Hillary Clinton's response to Congress when she was asked about how the phony story arose that the Benghazi terrorist attack that killed four Americans was due to anger over a youtube video.  In Hillary's words, "What difference does it make?"

Today, president Obama decided to channel his inner Hillary when the decision came down from the DC Circuit that limited both subsidies for those buying policies and the coverage of the employer mandate to only those states with exchanges created by the individual state.  Obama immediately had his spokesman announce that the court ruling would be ignored.  Here's how the Daily Caller described it:

The White House said in response that it will continue handing out the billions of taxpayer dollars in subsidies. White House press secretary Josh Earnest said that while the case continues to be battled out in the courts, the administration will continue to dole out billions in tax credits to federally-run exchange customers.
“It’s important for people all across the country to understand that this ruling does not have any practical impact on their ability to continue to receive tax credits right now,” Earnest said in a press briefing Tuesday.

Now I understand that the are many ways in which the government could get the effect of the court decision put on hold while appeals continue.  The problem is that none of those have happened as of now.  We have a court order which is controlling in that circuit and the president is telling the nation that he is ignoring it.

The lawlessness of Obama seems to know no bounds.  There is something called the rule of law that America used to follow -- even the president used to follow it.  Not Obama, however, he just ignores those rules he does not like.
