Egypt proposed a cease fire between Israel and Hamas that was to take effect this morning. Israel accepted. Hamas rejected the proposal and fired more missiles at Israel's cities.

Hamas makes a big deal about civilian casualties in Gaza, but when it has the chance to end those casualties it refuses to do so. The Hamas leadership do not care at all about the people in Gaza; they are mere props for some drama to be played out on the world's TV's. Without a doubt, there will be more death and destruction as a result of Hamas' decision. Let's remember that it was their choice to proceed in this way.
