I could not leave without comment the discovery that the identities of at least 400 people who bought Obamacare policies on the Connecticut exchange have been stolen. Police recovered a backpack that had detailed personal info for these folks as well as many of the forms they completed for the exchange. The response from the government was "Sorry." No kidding, all they really said was that they were sorry.
